To facilitate the Indian Participants to compete in the FESPA Awards competition, SPAI ias arranging to coordinate with the entrants and FESPA, for registering their entries and collecting the entry fee in Indian Rupees, reach the FESPA acknowledgement and stickers to the entrants, receive the entries in Mumbai on behalf of FESPA and reach the entries to the competition venue, taking care of the courier/freight, customs clearance at both ends. |

Here’s how the Indian participants proceed: |

Stage 1: Read carefully the section”Entry Categories” in the attached FESPA brochure. Please ensure that the entry form is completed in BLOCK CAPITALS. With the Competition Registration Form you must send a cheque for the Entry Fee, payable to “Screen Printers’ Association of India” in Indian Rupees for the total amount of your entries. For conversion, please consider the exchange rate at Rs. 62.00 per Euro. |

Entry Fee for SPAI Members: 1-4 entries – Rs. 3100.00; 5 entries and above – Rs. 620/- for each entry. |
|
|
|
|
Entry Fee for Non-SPAI Members: 1-4 entries – Rs. 4960.00; 5 entries and above – Rs. 1240/- for each entry. |
|
|
|
|
Stage 2: Within 3 weeks of receipt of your Competition Registration, in coordination with FESPA, SPAI will arrange to reach you: ? An acknowledgement, ? A 'FESPA' Awards identification sticker to be fixed by you to each entry, ? An 'entry form' to be completed in block capitals for each entry on which you will give a full technical specification. |

|
|
Stage 3: Your entries must be sent in a parcel(s) to the SPAI address Special care in packing must be taken to avoid damage. Entry parcels must be sent to arrive not later than 25 April 2010. |
|
|
|
|
Along with the entries, to cover the cost of customs clearance at Mumbai & Munich, Courier/Freight and handling charges at both ends, you will send a cheque for Rs. 700/- per kilo or part thereof, in favour of Screen Printers’ Association of India and 10 copies of No-Commercial-Value Invoice of not more than Euros 75.00. Values beyond this will attract customs duty at destination and will have to be borne by the entrant, separately. |

|
Stage 4: SPAI will repack and dispatch entries on 30 April 2010 from Mumbai for carriage to Munich, to ensure smooth carriage, customs clearance and delivery well before the closing date. |
|
|
|
|
Stage 5: Judging will be on 20 and 21 June 2010. Judges will not know the identity of the participant until Award decisions have been made. Award winners will be informed e-mail on or before 22 June 2010. |
|
|
|
|
Stage 6: Award winners are invited to the Award Winners' Party at the Messe Munich Exhibition Halls at 16.00 hours on 24 June 2010 and to the FESPA Gala Dinner on Friday 25 June 2010. Awards not collected will be carried by the SPAI board member/s attending the show and the same can be collected from SPAI Admin office in Mumbai, later. |

Stage 7: If you wish to reclaim your entries they must be collected from the Awards Pavilion between 1300 -1500 on 26 June 2010, together with your receipt of entry. FESPA or SPAI will not take any responsibility of returning back any entries that are not reclaimed at the pavilion. |
|
|
|
