Why Screen opener?
In order to open up dried-up areas on screens, in the conventional method, screen printers remove the screen from the machine and take it to a washing area and use solvent or water to remove the choke from the screen, says Mr.Bhat. Usually they use pressurized water through hose or use some solvents and rub the area to remove the choke up in the screen. Finally, the screen had to be dried up and then fixed on to the machine to start the work.

How to use?
With the introduction of 32 Screen opener which is a different kind of product, printers can use it easily. It can be used online. If a choke up is detected when the print run is on, they can simply remove the screen and clean the area. The cleaning is very easy as they have to just spray on the choked area on both the sides of the screen. They have to just take a sponge dipped in water and scrub it gently to remove the choke and then fix the screen and start the work.
